Let's see. I used the Jiffy pie crust mix instead of making it from scratch. (Mainly because I don't want to buy shortening when I'm moving in less than a week.)

The rest of it I took from this recipe at bakebakebake. Except I changed lemon juice to orange juice because we didn't have any lemon juice, and, well, orange for lemon is still citrus. (http://community.livejournal.com/bakebakebake/1192629.html#cutid1)
