me: I can't. I don't have much control over the ability.

Step Four: Bring up examples.

me: I did it to Nick the other day and it freaked him out. You can ask.
Bryan: Wait
What did he say, I want to know if I'm psychic as well.

me: Oh, here we go. I answered Nick's questions about my sublease before he asked them.

Step Five: Bring backup. (This step is vital. Make sure you completely trust your co-conspirator, and make sure they have a similar sense of humor.)

Step Six: Keep providing details.

Bryan: Have you ever gone all psychic on your parents before?
me: I don't think so.
I think their minds are more closed off to me.

Is there any specific demographic that you can do it to?
me: I'm not sure.
It's really random.
Sometimes I think it's more people I'm closer to, like they don't guard themselves around me, but then it'll happen out of the blue.
Bryan: You should look into it, see if you can figure out when/why it happens.
I'm not going to lie, being able to read someone OVER CHAT is a fucking gift.

Bryan: Just....just don't become one of those gypsy palm reading crazy ladies... ok?

That crap so dilutes the abilities of people with actual talents.
