Happy fucking 2006, bitches! I'll be writing the wrong year on the date for months! I ran in the new year quietly, after watching a double header of bad movies (Ella Enchanted and Havoc) with Grant, and post-midnight we watched Peter Pan. A much calmer New Years Eve than I had envisioned, and probably for the best.
They say that the way you usher in the new year is the way you spend the whole year long. Well, here's to 2006 being a year of happiness, snark and kissing.
I hope everyone else had a wonderful New Years Eve. I love you all.
ETA: I'm sitting here, listening to 'Can't Take It In,' with guidebooks on the desk next to me and thinking about the new year, and I can't help but think that 2006 is going to be amazing. I feel so happy my chest is swelling and I feel like flying.

But yes. Calm New Years Eve nice. No hangovers to worry about, lots of kissing, and hopefully some sex later on.
