LiveJournal tells me it's been three weeks since I last posted. So. Here I am! I haven't died of mono. (Yet.) I counted and I've been sick for eight weeks. EIGHT WEEKS. I'm still at home and commuting. Oh, and hey, I was going to be in New York City this weekend, but I'm still too sick, and so was unable to go! How exciting! Richard is sick as well so he couldn't go either. Shall we commiserate? The only plus side was that I'd already gotten an excused absence for Spanish on Friday (because I was going to be in a different state then), so Mom and I just let that slide and played hooky. We went to the Mall at Millenia. The IKEA is almost open! We thought it was at first because it was painted (so pretty! so blue!) and there were cars in the parking lot, but they were only workers. I managed to walk all over the mall. I was pleased but very very tired at the end of the day. We also went to the Home Depot Design Expo, which is really a bunch of model rooms linked together. We got a wheelchair for me for that one because it was gigantic and there was no way I'd enjoy it if I had to walk.
I haven't posted much because there's really not much to tell. I finished all of Alias. Season four was balls, but on the whole I loved it. Even most of season three. And the white set for APO in season five was awesome. I loved the look of that. I wish I'd gotten into Alias sooner, you know, before it was dead. I'm also officially in love with Lena Olin.
Death Proof comes out on Tuesday, guys! I've been waiting for months to be able to show it to my dad, who has to love the car chase.
My last paragraphs of my entries are always much shorter.
I run out of things to say.
:)
P.S. I'm rewatching Heroes now and am realizing how much attention I wasn't paying to the first ten episodes or so. I'm only up to episode six and I'm discovering many things I did not know before because I was only flipping over to Heroes during commercials of other things. And at the same time, I'm getting my dad into the show!
