Today
Today my dad went back to Dade County because the testing on his stupid machines isn't done yet and he won't be back for a few days. I volunteered for four hours reading to two or three kids and wore out my arms so badly coloring a large sign (would have died if I hadn't called Molly to come help me with that bit) for the kids with crayon that later when I tried to lift my glass at dinner it shook all over the place. Four hours plus the nine I already have equals thirteen hours which means I have sixty-two hours left to do before the year is over - calender year - or I don't get my scholarship. I had fun when I went to see De-Lovely with Molly.
Now I have two books to read for AP English next Tuesday, two two-page essays and fifteen journaling entries on the books, five for each book.
My head hurts, my hand is sore still and I get to stay up late into the night doing schoolwork that I was too much of a dumbass to do earlier in the summer.
Fuck.
