This is the greatest episode of Everyday Italian I've ever seen. Giada's Aunt Raffy has come to help her cook and has COMPLETELY taken over.
"Why are you cutting your onions like that? That is not how you cut the onions."
"You do not add vinegar? You add vinegar or you add wine, and I suppose we will add wine. That was your glass, by the way."
"How about some parsley for some color and flavor - " "No thank you." "You don't think it needs a little bit of green?" "No."
"Did you taste the meatball? Nice and spicy, right?" "For me, it is not spicy. It is mild."
"Why do you use your fine salt in the water?" "I'm...not. It's kosher salt." "Because in Italy we use ROCK SALT."

Nice thing about family, no matter how big/famous you get they can always knock you down a peg or two.
