Fell asleep in government this morning. My head just sorta dropped down to my chest and the next thing I heard was Mr. Murphy going "Last form of a bill failing to be a law...LAURA!" And, like a miracle, my head snapped up and I found myself saying "A pocket veto. Congress gets a new session before the president signs the bill."
